- N.I.C.E.T. Certification a Plus
- Previous Contracting Experience is Preferred
- AutoCAD Knowledge
- BIM Knowledge
- 3D Modeling
- Hydratec Sprinkler Software Knowledge a Plus
- Commercial Construction New Build
- Commercial Construction (TI) Tenant Improvements
- Stock Listing & Hydraulic Calculations
- Flow Testing
- Field Surveys
- Revit Knowledge
High School Diploma and/or College is encouraged.
