What You'll Do

• Support execution of large federal design-build construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Assist with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and identifying potential delays using MS Project
• Track project costs, support forecasting efforts, and maintain financial documentation
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, field personnel, and federal stakeholders
• Review construction drawings and prepare markups using Bluebeam
• Support quality control, safety compliance, and federal contract requirements
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, estimating activities, and preconstruction efforts
• Help drive projects forward by identifying risks and supporting solutions to keep projects on track
• They have sites in Nogales, AZ and Yuma, AZ. There is per diem offered for travel.

What We're Looking For

2–5+ years of construction experience

Experience with a General Contractor or specialty subcontractor (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, or Steel)

Experience supporting federal, military, municipal, or public-sector construction projects such as:

• CBP - USACE - NAVFAC
  - DoD - DHS
  - Air Force
  - State or Municipal Projects

Experience with one or more of the following:

This role is offering between $45-$52/hr depending on years of experience.
