Project Manager ​/ Estimator

We're partnering with a leading commercial drywall contractor in Arizona that's looking to add an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to its growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout while overseeing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. You'll work closely with field teams and general contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating.
• Experience working for a commercial drywall contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings (ACT), interior systems, blueprint reading, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project closeout.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
