- Studies specifications to assist planning procedures for construction.
- Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assist in developing scopes of work for review and approval of MEP Project/Site Manager.
- Prepare estimates in areas of MEP self-performed work, and assist in complete project estimate.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and a minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications.
Demonstrates expertise in MEP project estimation and scope development, with a strong ability to evaluate subcontractors and vendors. Proficient in planning construction procedures and utilizing basic computer applications for project management.
