Director of Preconstruction/Business Development - Growing General Contractor
Location:
Tempe, AZ, US
Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year
Job Details- Minimum 5-7 years of commercial/multifamily construction experience in estimating, common code requirements, and design/build estimating and preconstruction, with a concentration in large commercial construction
- Strong business development background, interacting with clients regularly
- Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience
- Experience with computerized estimating systems and software
- Strong conceptual estimating skills
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices
