Leading GC in Phoenix is looking for a Director of Construction to oversee all construction operations!
My client is a leading general contractor in Phoenix focusing on large commercial and mixed-use developments. We are currently seeking a Director of Construction to oversee all construction operations and help grow the company further! If you are looking for a great long-term opportunity, please apply.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engaged during pursuit, this leader shapes delivery strategy, supports estimate and contract reviews, establishes the program baseline before mobilization, and remains accountable through execution and closeout
- Be the program's single point of accountability for safety, financial performance, schedule, customer outcomes, and team effectiveness
- Lead delivery strategy from pursuit through closeout, including estimate and contract reviews, baseline development, mobilization readiness, execution, commissioning and start-up, and lessons learned
