Description
The primary purpose of this position is to process customer payments, keep daily balance of cash, currency and credit card receipts and schedule service appointments.
Requirements Essential Functions:- Process customer payments
- Balance cash drawer daily
- Schedule Service appointments for Service Department
- Answer the Service phone line in a professional manner, transfer calls to appropriate Service Advisor or take messages
- Develop and exhibit accounting skills
- Learn and understand DMS (computer system)
- File Service Repair Orders Daily
- Learn and understand all Ford programs and maintain a good relationship with Ford Motor Company
- Complete Ford and other required training
- Maintain good relationship with all departments, communicating with all coworkers in a professional and friendly manner
High School Diploma or equivalent
Practical Experience- 6 months practical experience
- Valid driver's license is required
