Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Complete assigned tasks and follow-ups with customers.
- Work collectively with the sales team to meet promotions and office bonus incentives.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Currently licensed in Property and Casualty / Life & Health (must be able to obtain license within 2 weeks of hire).
- Bilingual – Spanish preferred.
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
