This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tempe, AZ, for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer issues, resolving concerns, and contributing to enhancing the overall customer experience. The representative will act as a key point of contact between Handwrytten and its clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

• Comfort being on the phone with customers and sending emails to customers
• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring customer-centered solutions
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in a related field is a plus

• Pay starts around $50,000 based on experience. Frequent raises are possible.
