POSITION SUMMARY
Our customer service team members are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and customers via telephone and email; and processing claims by comparing them to client requirements. We ensure compliance with client program specifications and ACB policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Research and resolve client inquires and communications to ensure clients receive timely, efficient and accurate service.
- Audit advertising and incentive claims.
- Provide suggestions to improve area operations, efficiency and service.
- Taking up to 25 phone calls on daily basis.
- High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.
- PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products:
Outlook, Word and Excel. - A minimum of 1 year work experience is desired.
- Previous experience as a customer service representative (CSR) or clerical production environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
