Shift: Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM (assigned a fixed schedule within these hours)

What You'll Do

+ Handle high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment

+ Assist members with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information

+ Accurately document interactions while navigating multiple systems with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

+ 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years)

+ Strong customer service skills with clear, professional phone presence

Training

Note:

Paid training is Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM for 4 weeks. Participation is key-successfully completing training requires an average test score of 90%. Mandatory overtime may apply during peak months.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
