About the Role

ADP is hiring customer service professionals for the Associate Client Support Consultant position. In this role you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more. Your primary focus is to help clients with 1‑49 employees.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve client issues and answer questions via phone and written communication.
  • Assist clients in managing payroll and related business functions; troubleshoot and probe to resolve payroll issues.
  • Partner with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain a high volume of inbound calls and adhere to a structured daily schedule and metrics.
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills on payroll, federal and state compliance, SOPs, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
  • College degree preferred but not required; military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through is acceptable.
