Associate Account Manager

ADP is hiring an Associate Account Manager. Non‑sales role.

Hybrid – Tempe, AZ (3 days in office / 2 days remote after training).

Starting salary is $24 per hour, non‑negotiable.

• Serve as ADP's front‑line to solve clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training users on ADP technology, and more.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver: use expertise to help clients solve time‑sensitive issues, seek answers, and drive positive outcomes.
• Build Relationships: communicate with clients via phone, email, and/or chat, exceeding expectations and upholding ADP’s core value of integrity.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations: leverage ADP product and services knowledge to help clients understand product value and turn client input into recommendations for leadership.
• Organize: adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, including peak‑season increases.

• At least one year of experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required; military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through is also acceptable.
