Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our glass repair operations in Tempe. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through service completion. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding glass repair services (auto, residential, and/or commercial)
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch
- Provide accurate quotes and service information based on customer needs
- Verify customer details, insurance information (if applicable), and service requirements
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM or scheduling system
- Communicate service timelines, delays, and updates proactively
- Collaborate with technicians and operations team to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Process payments and invoices as needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (experience in automotive, glass repair, or home services a plus)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
