* + Answer incoming customer service calls and schedule technicians for maintenance and repairs
+ Coordinate technician schedules to ensure efficient service coverage
+ Communicate with customers regarding service updates and job status
+ Process work orders, service requests, and data entry accurately
+ Order parts and monitor shipping/receiving activities
+ Assist with invoicing, inventory tracking, and warranty claims
+ Support daily operational and safety procedures
+ Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required
+ 2-3 years of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience preferred
+ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
+ Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills required
+
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
+ Mechanical or industrial environment experience is helpful but not required
** Pay Details:** $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
