ADP is hiring Associate Client Support Consultants. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
In this role, you will serve as ADP's front‑line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 1‑49 employees. Every day will be different because the questions you receive vary, as will the solutions you provide. There will be no shortage of new questions, which will keep things interesting, and our top‑ranked training will help set you up for success.
Responsibilities- Provide client support, including troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll and related issues.
- Partner with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing to build rapport, establish trust, and help clients act on information.
- Maintain daily client satisfaction scores and meet metrics in a call‑center environment.
- Client Support – Manage clients’ business using ADP solutions, troubleshoot payroll issues, and coordinate with other teams.
- Learn – Continually upgrade knowledge and skills on payroll, federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, products, and desktop support tools.
- Organize – Adhere to a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls; phone time may increase during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- A college degree is preferred but not required; experience that demonstrates the required skills is acceptable.
- Military experience is also considered an acceptable background.

Compensation:
Hybrid – $21.50 / hour.
