Job Summary
Provide front‑line support for business clients with 50–999 employees, helping them solve issues, answering questions, training users, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Your primary goal is to act as the first point of contact and uphold the company’s service reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve client issues through phone and written communication.
- Answer questions and provide timely, clear solutions.
- Train users on company technology and best practices.
- Maintain accurate, detail‑oriented documentation of interactions.
- Work within a metrics‑driven call center environment, meeting daily targets.
- Build rapport and trust with clients, maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
- Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and typing.
- Technical skills relevant to the client’s technology stack.
- Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven call‑center setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to shorten learning curves and comprehend complex client needs.

- Location:
Tempe, AZ - Schedule:
Monday‑Friday day shift, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with one work‑from‑home day per week after training. - Pay: $22.00 / hour
