Job Description

This fully onsite Customer Service Representative role supports both customers and a team of Field Service Engineers, playing a key role in daily operations and ensuring a consistently high level of service. You will manage client communications, coordinate logistics, and provide administrative support that helps keep field operations running smoothly within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities

* Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt, professional, and courteous support.

* Support Field Service Engineers by coordinating schedules, communicating updates, and ensuring they have accurate information for their assignments.

* Handle client-facing communications, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates.

* Use SAP to enter, update, and maintain customer and service-related data accurately and efficiently.

* Utilize Service Now to log, track, and manage service requests, tickets, and workflow activities.

* Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations and maintain organized records.

* Work with Microsoft Office, including Excel, to organize information, prioritize tasks, and track key operational details.

* Assist with logistics coordination to ensure smooth service delivery and timely support for customers and field teams.

* Collaborate with a small, tight-knit team to share information, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement.

* Prioritize multiple tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are managed appropriately.

Essential Skills

* 2+ years of experience working with SAP in a customer service or operations environment.

* 2+ years of experience using Service Now or a similar service management platform.

* Proven client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

* Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.

* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively, particularly using Excel to manage and track work.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and other common applications.

* Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail in administrative work.

* Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment, supporting both customers and internal field teams.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in a service-focused role supporting field operations or technical teams.

* Comfort working with multiple systems and tools, including SAP, Service Now, and Microsoft Office.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal communication.

* A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues in a small, growing team.

Work Environment

You will work in a great office environment with a small, family-like team of approximately 11 employees, with plans to grow to around 20 at this location. The organization operates within a larger company that emphasizes driven values and supports internal development. This is a fully onsite position, working Monday through Friday with typical hours of either 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will use technologies such as SAP, Service Now, and Microsoft Office daily to support customer service and field operations in a collaborative and supportive setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
