Insight Global is hiring Senior Call Center Representatives for our client, who is a global crypto and Web3 platform. Our client is setting up operations for a new contact center in Tempe, AZ, where these individuals will serve as a frontline support for credit card customers via phone, chat, and email. These individuals will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience in a fast‑paced contact center environment.
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Recommend solutions and document interactions
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Stay updated on policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain excellent attendance and shift adherence
- Communicate clearly and empathetically
