This is a part-time, temporary position not eligible for benefits.

This position works in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is required. Process student payments, campus proceeds, and access a variety of charges to student accounts. Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers in-person and over the phone.

• 60% - Provides customer service assistance to current and prospective students and staff over the phone and in-person
• 30% - Process a variety of payments such as credit card, personal checks, money orders, and cash
• 10% - Provides general office support such as document scanning, filing, and data entry. Other duties as assigned

• 1. Experience in customer service in person, and over the phone
• 2. Cash handling and multi-tasking, with the ability to research and interpret customer accounts
• 3. Experience working in a team-oriented setting, structured environment and remotely
• 4. Experience handling customer confidential information

Position requires long hours of viewing a computer monitor and the ability to lift 25 pounds. This position will work remotely as well as in-person. Main Cashiers Office Tempe location, Rio Salado College-Tempe is located at 2323 W. 14th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281.
