Bilingual Health Enrollment Call Center Specialist

Monogram Health is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role involves conducting outreach calls, educating patients about their healthcare benefits, and supporting enrollment into our programs. The individual will be required to work on-site, demonstrating adaptability and compassion in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, be 18 years or older, and have strong communication skills. Experience in sales and telemarketing is preferred, along with the ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
