Your impact as a Recruitment Coordinator is vital. Support Vitalant's life saving mission by actively engaging with our donors to schedule their next blood donation. Serving as a front-line hero, you play a pivotal role in achieving recruitment goals and coordinating donations at fixed site locations for present, past, and new donors making their next crucial blood contributions.## What to Expect : $16.07 - $17.46 per hour

Schedule:

* Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service.
* Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors.
* Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements.
* Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Six months experience in customer service
* Two years of customer service experience preferred
* Proficient computer skills#CSRAD7
