Client Representative (Supporting candidates through virtual pre-hire appointments - RECENT GRADS ARE WELCOME) – Tempe, AZ

Contract:
6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with candidates via phone, email, chat, and SMS
- Support candidates through virtual pre-hire appointments and onboarding steps
- Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues that may impact candidate progress
- Escalate candidate concerns with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Complete administrative and operational support tasks as needed
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to enhance hiring workflows and candidate satisfaction
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage high-volume interactions while maintaining professionalism and urgency
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience with technical troubleshooting or systems support is a plus
