- Submit state registrations, FINRA exam requests, name changes and phone number updates for representatives
- Follow up as needed for additional information from representatives
- Navigate through Reg Ed, FINRA and online systems
- Analyze responses and be able to know when additional follow up or escalation is needed
- Prioritize multiple requests
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to keep excellent records and documentation
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of support experience in financial services, insurance, or related financial organization a plus
- College degree is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency with Word and Excel
- Strong detail orientation and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently
Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
