Customer Service Representative Overview
Position is a contract role for roughly two months. It serves as the official online bookstore for high schools across the country. Duties include answering customer questions about products or the ordering process, addressing complaints related to orders, and providing end‑user support. CSRs will use email, phone, and instant messaging to communicate with customers. Successful CSRs will be problem solvers, quick learners, and empathetic to customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients, schools, and customers via phone and email.
- Handle high volume of email; roughly 30% of the day will be phone calls, rest will be email and research.
- Data entry and order processing.
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Able to type 35 wpm.
- Must be able to work any schedule Mon–Sat (two days off) between 8:00 am – 7:00 pm.
- Must be willing to work a 2‑month contract role.
Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $20.00 – $20.00 per hour.
