Great Day Improvements, LLC (GDI) seeks a Customer Advocate for an in-office role in Tempe, AZ. Up to $19 hourly with full benefits, vacation, and bonuses. The CA will bridge between GDI customers and the company and will be cross trained for PTO coverage.
You will handle the JUMP program, be the main customer contact, keep clients updated on progress, and coordinate with GDI staff to resolve issues. Two years in customer service is required;
Excel experience is a plus.
