Position SummaryAMS Impact Group is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Enrollment Outreach Coordinator to support student recruitment and enrollment initiatives across our network of high‑performing charter schools. As a frontline ambassador for Academies of Math and Science (AMS), this position plays a critical role in connecting with prospective families, representing the AMS brand at community events, and guiding families through the enrollment process.
Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to confidently engage with diverse communities. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this position regularly communicates with Spanish‑speaking families to ensure equitable access to enrollment information and support throughout the admissions process.
AMS Impact Group is the management organization supporting Academies of Math and Science (AMS), a network of high‑performing public charter schools serving nearly 10,000 students across Arizona and Arkansas. Our mission is to expand educational opportunities by connecting families with high‑quality educational options that prepare scholars for lifelong success.
Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Enrollment- Serve as a professional ambassador for Academies of Math and Science throughout the community.
- Attend community events, school fairs, festivals, farmers markets, retail activations, and other outreach opportunities to promote AMS campuses.
- Build relationships with prospective families and community partners through proactive outreach.
- Generate qualified enrollment leads by engaging families and sharing information about AMS programs and campuses.
- Guide prospective families through the enrollment and registration process.
- Make outbound calls to prospective families to provide enrollment support and follow up on inquiries.
- Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding campus offerings, enrollment procedures, and available programs.
- Support campus registrars and enrollment staff in achieving student enrollment goals.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of community outreach events.
- Coordinate transportation, organization, and distribution of outreach materials, promotional items, and event supplies.
- Ensure event materials are properly maintained, inventoried, packed, and prepared for future events.
- Provide on-site support and troubleshoot logistical issues during community events.
- Support pre‑event preparation, including labeling, packing, scheduling, and coordinating event logistics.
- Maintain clear communication with event managers, vendors, and internal departments before, during, and after events.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, family interactions, and enrollment leads using CRM and enrollment management systems.
- Track lead conversion activities and ensure timely follow-up with prospective families.
- Monitor outreach performance metrics and support enrollment reporting.
- Maintain organized documentation and assist with administrative projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, and campus teams to achieve recruitment goals.
This is a full‑time position requiring flexibility to support enrollment events and community engagement activities throughout the year.
Schedule Expectations Include- Flexible work schedule based on outreach and event needs.

- Occasional holiday events as business needs require.
