LPL Financial is seeking an Associate Service Consultant to join our Tempe, AZ team. In a busy call center, you will handle 30–40 inbound calls daily from Financial Advisors and internal staff, with occasional outbound calls to resolve Overlay Service issues.
You will develop product knowledge for GWP, MWP, OMP, PWP, and SMA, deliver exceptional service, and drive issue resolution while collaborating with teammates to ensure client satisfaction.
