Successful candidates are typically early career professionals with interest in customer service, client support, banking, insurance, operations, leadership, hospitality, or other fast‑paced service environments.
Top Skills- Candidates with a college degree and/or relevant work experience tend to be the most successful in this role.

- Previous customer service experience is a strong indicator of success. Candidates who have experience identifying solutions quickly, taking ownership of interactions from start to finish, and explaining complex situations in a clear and simple way typically perform well in this role.
- High-end Customer Service Skills – must be able to communicate clearly, ask questions, and identify appropriate solutions.
- A major aspect of this position will be handling inbound calls, and service inquiries from Financial Advisors (35‑40 calls per day)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Candidates should be able to communicate with clarity, professionalism, and confidence across a variety of interactions.
- SIE Certification (not required) – if someone already has their SIE, they could qualify for higher pay.

This is not a traditional call center role, nor is it simply customer service. As a Financial Services Professional you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses.
Day‑to‑Day:
Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem‑solving skills are critical.
- Taking inbound calls from financial advisors throughout the day.
- Researching and resolving complex service issues.
- Navigating multiple systems and resources simultaneously.
- Learning and applying new financial services concepts, policies, and procedures.
