Description
- Research and identify available healthcare options for members using the care navigation platform
- Coordinate services such as imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound), physical therapy, surgeries, and other medical services
- Communicate with healthcare providers via outbound calls, email, and fax to confirm availability, services, and requirements
- Review medical documentation and fax clinical notes or paperwork when required
- Work with outofnetwork providers to pursue single case agreements when innetwork options are unavailable
- Provide accurate benefit information to members by researching plan details within internal systems
- Communicate professionally with members via phone and email on a daily basis
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and followthrough
- Work independently after training, seeking guidance when needed

- Experience in a healthcare administrative or patient facing role (doctor's office, hospital, front office, insurancefocused customer service, etc.)

- Highly organized, self motivated, and able to manage competing priorities

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
