As a Customer Service Specialist 1 - Contingent, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting the triage and sales teams. Tempe, AZ (In-office: 3 days a week in Tempe or Dallas, TX; Remote work is not available)

What's the Job?

• Handle inbound customer referrals and triage calls to confirm business needs
• Route confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants efficiently
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes on customer interactions and referrals
• Manage pipeline activities including tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls
• Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve processes and customer experience

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, with bilingual skills being advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Experience in customer support or call center environment preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
