We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support new Members as they begin their journey with Solidarity Health Share. This role focuses on providing an exceptional onboarding experience — welcoming new Members, guiding them through setup, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident using our products or services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Uphold and integrate Solidarity’s Catholic and Christian identity and foster the teachings of the Church in all aspects of your job responsibilities.
- Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and policies of SHS.
- Utilize the phone and email to work through appropriate CRM and complete tasks, including 24- hour, 30-, 60-, 90-day check-ins with members.
- Serves as a point of contact for Members with any questions that they have while onboarding.
- Educate Members on how to use the Online Portal and complete their KYC information.
- Manage the patron accounts of groups as they are introduced by the Member Development Team.
- Be ready to assist any other team as needed.
- Proactively reach out to Members and ensure they have a full understanding of the Membership.
- Work with Members through their first 90 days with any needs they may have, or when scheduling calls.
- Review any Health Questionnaire that comes through voluntarily by Members either before or after membership is achieved.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance the client experience.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while handling client concerns or complaints.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
- Ability to meet or exceed weekly key performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with technology and customer management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client onboarding, or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or business.
- Ability to sit/ stand for extended periods of time.
