Auto Nation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to make outbound service calls, build customer relationships, and schedule service appointments for the Service Department. You will ask qualifying questions, route calls, ensure messages reach the right consultants, and provide reporting to management.
You will also handle payments, issue receipts, close repair orders, and file records, applying policy guidelines and maintaining accurate files.
