Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist 1 - Contingent to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist 1 - Contingent, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting the sales and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage and nurture a customer pipeline through high-volume follow-up calls
- Maintain detailed documentation and CRM updates for each customer interaction
- Schedule and coordinate handoffs between team members and clients
- Support underwriting or documentation collection processes
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
What's Needed?
- Experience in managing a customer pipeline and high-volume follow-up calls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM management and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
