LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Tempe who is in need of a customer service representative. This role is Monday-Friday 7am-330pm. The position is fully onsite for the first 90 days, but will allow hybrid flexibility after that training period if you are meeting KPIs and metrics. The pay is $21/hr this job will be responsible for assisting customers by phone and email, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing professional, responsive service.

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with questions, requests, and general account or service information
• Research and resolve customer issues while providing accurate information
• Document customer interactions and update information in company systems
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure issues are addressed appropriately
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude while handling multiple priorities
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience required in a call center setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
