Full-time Front Office position available for busy practice located in Tempe, AZ. Looking for hard working individual that is ready for a fast-paced practice. (2 doctors, 3 hygienists)
Must have minimum 2 years of experience with front office, in a dental office. Must be very personable and friendly.
Duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Patient in-take
- collecting data
- scheduling appointments
- Discussing dental procedures and copays with patients
5-day work week.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN:- CUSTOMER SERVICE
- DENTRIX ASCEND
- INSURANCE VERIFICATION
- HANDLING MULTIPLE PHONE LINES
- MULTI-TASKING SKILLS
- BASIC WORD/EXCEL KNOWLEDGE
- COLLECTIONS
