Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations, including staffing, patient scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase practice efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead financial management functions such as budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, insurance protocols, and patient care standards.
  • Manage patient relationships and ensure excellent service at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to streamline workflows and improve patient experiences.
  • Handle HR-related tasks such as recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred).
  • Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in dental office management.
  • Strong understanding of dental practice operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams with confidence.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Dental Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Medicaid Billing
  • Proficiency with Open Dental and/or Dentrix practice management system.
