Job Summary:

The Arizona Cardinals are looking for a Front End Developer with strong design capabilities to join our Marketing and Creative team. In this role, you’ll build, enhance, and optimize fan-facing digital experiences across web, e-commerce, and campaign platforms—while also contributing to visual execution and UX refinement.

You’ll work hands-on within several CMS systems, partnering closely with designers and marketers to translate concepts into responsive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can both write clean front-end code and elevate the final look and feel of the work.

Primary

Job Duties:

  • Build, customize, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages
  • Apply strong visual design principles—layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy—to all front-end builds.
  • Collaborate with designers to refine UX and UI details during implementation, not just execution.
  • Support marketing campaigns by building and optimizing campaign landing pages, microsites, and promotions.
  • Implement and QA responsive designs to ensure pixel-accurate execution across devices.
  • Assist with email development and front-end QA to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Optimize user experience through small design enhancements, micro-interactions, and motion where appropriate.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by implementing and iterating on design and layout variations.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to test, learn, and improve digital experiences.
  • Maintain documentation and follow front-end and design best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least three to five years of front-end development experience
  • Strong experience with Word Press and Shopify
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles, including layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience translating Figma or Adobe designs into production-ready front-end code
  • Familiarity with responsive, mobile-first, and accessibility-first design
  • Experience optimizing performance without sacrificing visual quality
  • Ability to make thoughtful design decisions when needed, not just follow specs
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for building experiences that look great and perform
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
