Position SummaryWe are seeking a Full‑Time Cabinet Designer to join our incredible team with experience in creating layouts using 2020
Design/Flex for residential kitchens and backends, ensuring completion of duties including but not limited to:
- 2020
Design/Flex cabinet layouts, elevations, and rendering for Single Family & Multi‑Family Residential projects - Understanding architectural plans and scaling using Bluebeam
- Creating layouts and assisting in pricing for builder bidding
- Creating an LSL for respective builder assignment(s) for field measurements
- Prepping production cabinet layout and installation packets for respective builder assignment(s)
- Identifying and managing project risks and communicating potential installation concerns
- Providing project status updates to senior management
- Proficient in Residential Cabinetry Design using 2020
Design/Flex and Bluebeam - Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Capable of thinking critically and acting with integrity
Ability to plan and execute duties independently in a fast‑paced environment - Detail‑oriented to ensure accuracy in buyer/builder sign‑off selections
- Efficient in time management to meet deadlines
- Clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and electronically
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working with other team members in an indoor office setting at a computer and may have occasional exposure to outdoor environments in the warehouse. This position is for a Monday through Friday schedule, generally working an 8‑hour shift. Remote opportunities may be available based on experience and completed training.
