BIM Modeler (Hiring now

We're looking for a BIM Modeler to support electrical construction projects by creating accurate Revit models and coordinating with project teams to deliver high-quality BIM documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models for electrical construction projects.
• Create and modify Revit families, views, sheets, schedules, and templates.
• Produce accurate construction documentation and incorporate field updates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades during BIM coordination.
• Ensure models meet company BIM standards and project requirements.
• Support project documentation and maintain organized model files.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM modeling experience in electrical or MEP construction.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical construction drawings.
• Experience with Revit work sharing and 3D coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Navisworks, or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
