We are looking for a Senior Plumbing Designer to lead the design, layout, and routing of industrial plumbing systems for large-scale advanced manufacturing facilities, including semiconductor plants.
This is a hands-on production role, not a management position. You will be the one doing the design work: developing drawings, routing systems, and executing packages with minimal supervision. If you are a producer who takes pride in putting out clean, accurate, code-compliant design work, this role is built for you.
What You Will DoLead the design, layout, and routing of industrial plumbing systems
Develop P&IDs, plans, sections, and construction details
Perform design tasks across planning, concept, and detailed design phases
Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, and internal disciplines
Apply expert knowledge of plumbing systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracy
Occasional travel for onsite work is expected in late 2026.
What You NeedHigh school diploma or GED
8+ years of AutoCAD design experience
4+ years of Revit design experience
5+ years of industrial plumbing design experience, including layout and routing
A primary plumbing design role within the last 5 years
Strong working knowledge of US plumbing codes, specifically the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
Experience in complex industrial environments such as semiconductor manufacturing, clean rooms, or data centers. Experience in pharmaceutical, educational, or general industrial facilities is also welcome
Technical or associate's degree in a relevant discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced problem solving, planning, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to independently execute design packages with minimal supervision

Compensation details: 50-75 Hourly Wage
