Project Architect – Data Centers

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal design staff to integrate design deliverables into contract documents and specifications.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Generate code research and feasibility studies and coordinate with AHJ representatives.
• Schedule and participate in pre-submittal or design review meetings.
• Provide administrative support, including meeting agendas and minutes, project trackers, permit applications, checklists, RFI and submittal logs, and project reports.
• Guide staff on firm-wide documentation standards, templates, and graphic standards.
• Assist with accurate and complete project specifications.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews of deliverables, consultant documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate external submittals to local permitting authorities and AHJs.
• Produce and coordinate deliverables during construction administration, including site visits, field reports, submittal and RFI reviews, and formal responses.
• Produce accurate and timely work according to project schedules, workplans, design intent, and project budget.

• Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating architectural construction documents.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of construction administration including RFI / submittal review, generating field reports, and project close-out procedures.
• Demonstrated professional expertise with Data Centers is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Demonstrates expertise in architectural project coordination, including the production of construction documents and specifications, while ensuring compliance with documentation standards and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in construction administration processes, including RFI and submittal reviews, with a strong focus on delivering accurate and timely project outcomes.
