ABOUT US
New Reach is a company based in Tempe, Arizona staffed with eLearning and marketing experts dedicated to advancing and improving the information-age through financial literacy. We are building a new, emboldened class of entrepreneurs, and our mission is simple:
Unlock financial freedom through practical and actionable education.
Owners Club (A subsidiary of New Reach) is an elite real estate investor community focused on execution, not education. We serve 500+ members across multiple tiers, from active income generation to wealth building and time freedom. Our members include top real estate operators, entrepreneurs, and investors looking to scale their businesses through proven systems and peer collaboration.
In 2026, we re launching a completely redesigned tiered curriculum structure with Subject Matter Experts leading each level.
We need a world-class Curriculum Designer to build the frameworks, exercises, and implementation systems that drive real member results.
THE ROLE:We re hiring a Sr Curriculum Designer to architect and build the learning journeys for Owners Club s multi-tier program. This isn t about creating slide decks or writing theory-heavy content.
This is about designing an execution-focused curriculum that transforms real estate investors from inconsistent operators into systematic business builders.
You ll work directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) like Jamil Damji (active income/wholesaling) and Sahil Bloom (systems/scaling) to extract their expertise and turn it into actionable frameworks, exercises, and tools that members can implement immediately.
You are the architect. The SMEs are the subject experts. The Captains/Pod Leaders are the facilitators. Members are the executors.
Your job is to design the structure that makes transformation inevitable.
WHAT YOU LL DO:Curriculum Architecture (50% of role):
- Design the progressive learning journey for each OC tier (Level 1: Active Income, Level 2: Systems & Scaling)
- Create month-by month curriculum maps that balance teaching, implementation, and accountability
- Build frameworks that connect what SMEs teach to what members actually do
- Ensure curriculum is execution-first (not education-heavy)
- Design exercises, worksheets, and implementation tools that drive measurable outcomes
- Work autonomously to create comprehensive curriculum structures
- Brief check-ins with SMEs (Jamil, Sahil) to align on key themes and outcomes
- Create SME "playbooks" so they know exactly what to deliver at each immersion/call
- You design the curriculum - SMEs deliver their content within your structure
- Design weekly Captain assignments and worksheets that align with SME curriculum
- Create facilitator guides so Captains/Pod Leaders can lead implementation effectively
- Build accountability structures that ensure members execute (not just consume)
- Develop weekly worksheets that members complete and report back on in pod meetings
- Train Captains on how to use curriculum tools in their pods
- Track member outcomes (deals closed, income generated, systems implemented)
- Gather feedback from members, Captains, and SMEs
- Iterate curriculum based on what s actually working vs. what s not
- Continuously improve frameworks, exercises, and tools
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of curriculum design experience in executive education, leadership development, or business peer groups
- Experience with business peer group organizations (Vistage, YPO, C12, EO, or similar) - this is non-negotiable
- Proven track record of designing execution-focused (not theory-heavy) curriculum
- Ability to work autonomously - you can design comprehensive curriculum with minimal direction
- Strong frameworks/systems thinking - you understand how to break complex topics into actionable steps
- Results-oriented mindset - you measure success by member outcomes, not content created.
- Weekly assignment/worksheet design experience - you know how to create accountability through structured weekly tasks
- Experience in real estate, entrepreneurship, or high-growth business environments
- Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or organizational development
- Familiarity with peer-to-peer learning models and mastermind formats
- Experience designing curriculum for tiered/progressive learning journeys
- Exceptional written communication (you ll create worksheets, playbooks, guides)
- Systems thinking and process design
- Collaboration across multiple stakeholders (SMEs, facilitators, members)
- Comfort with ambiguity (this is a new structure, not a copy-paste job)
- Data-driven iteration (you adjust based on what works, not what you think should work)
- You ve designed curriculum for Vistage, YPO, C12, or similar peer groups
- You understand the difference between "education" and "execution"
- You ve worked with celebrity/high-profile SMEs and know how to extract their genius
- You can design…
