Content Specialist Mathematics TOA

Reports to:
Director of Assessment, Accountability and Research
- Designs, develops and facilitates professional development aligned with the District Strategic Plan and District Learning Initiatives.
- Ensures the implementation of state standards and district curriculum.
- Provides leadership in developing, compiling, and delivering resources to support standards implementation.
- Supports district and site improvement plans.
- Master's degree
- Five years of experience teaching at Secondary level
- Instructional leadership (PLC Lead, Department Chair, Academic Coach, TOA)
- Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with appropriate Approved Subject Area or Endorsement.
- Valid DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Placement: Appropriate column and step placement on the Teacher Salary Schedule
