Content Specialist Mathematics TOA
Department:

Reports to:
Director of Assessment, Accountability and Research
Position Summary:
* Designs, develops and facilitates professional development aligned with the District Strategic Plan and District Learning Initiatives.
* Ensures the implementation of state standards and district curriculum.
* Provides leadership in developing, compiling, and delivering resources to support standards implementation.
* Supports district and site improvement plans.
Trakining and
Experience:
* Master's degree
* Five years of experience teaching at Secondary level
* Instructional leadership (PLC Lead, Department Chair, Academic Coach, TOA)
Licensing/Certification Requirements:
* Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with appropriate Approved Subject Area or Endorsement.
* Valid DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
FLSA Status:
Exempt
Salary Placement:
Appropriate column and step placement on the Teacher Salary Schedule
