The Transition from School to Work Coordinator TOA provides oversight and supervision of operations of the District's Transition Program, including but not limited to:
Establishment of interagency and business links, career counseling, Transition planning, provision of student and family assistance and community training activities.
Special Education
Reports ToDirector of Special Education / Principal
Training and Experience- Three or more years' experience working with students and staff in providing Transition services to youth ages 13-22.
- Three or more years' experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Master's degree in Special Education, or related field preferred.
- Valid Arizona Teacher Certification in Special Education.
