Student Services Coordinator - Teacher on Assignment (TOA)
Position Summary:
The Transition from School to Work Coordinator TOA provides oversight and supervision of operations of the District's Transition Program, including but not limited to:
Establishment of interagency and business links, career counseling, Transition planning, provision of student and family assistance and community training activities.

Reports to:
Director of Special Education/Principal
Training and
Experience:
* Three or more years' experience working with students and staff in providing Transition services to youth ages 13-22.
* Three or more years' experience working with individuals with disabilities.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Master's degree in Special Education, or related field preferred
Licensing/Certification Requirements:
* Valid Arizona Teacher Certification in Special Education.
Salary Placement:
Appropriate column and step placement on the Teacher Salary Schedule
