Job DescriptionAbout You:
You believe all students deserve access to high-quality physical education and that movement, wellness, and sport are foundational to student development.
You prefer being in schools alongside PE teachers—modeling lessons, coaching instructional practice, and building programs—rather than working from an office.
You have a strong sense of urgency and are focused on improving outcomes, not just completing tasks.
You are resourceful and entrepreneurial—comfortable writing grants, building equipment inventories, and finding creative ways to expand access to programming and opportunities for students.
You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and provide honest, actionable feedback that helps teachers and coaches grow.
You see both the big picture—a coherent K–8 physical education and athletics pathway—and the daily instructional moves required to bring it to life.
