Job Description
We are seeking a skilled First Grade Tutor to provide educational support to a young student. In this role, you will work closely with the student to reinforce their learning and help them develop essential academic skills. Your primary focus will be on providing individualized attention and guidance to ensure their success in the first‑grade curriculum.
Responsibilities- Utilize various teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage the student in interactive learning activities.
- Assist the student in strengthening their reading, writing, math, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Assess the student's progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
- Solid understanding of first‑grade curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Love of working with children.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Passion for helping others.
- Competitive pay: $18–$23 per hour.
- Location:
Tempe, AZ. - Flexible start date: 7–10 days.
