We strive to make music lessons as accessible and affordable to as many people as possible because we believe the importance of music education is essential to making the world a better, happier place.

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick‑and‑mortar studio location in the Tempe, AZ area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP.

• Conduct voice lessons in students' homes, your own home or studio/rehearsal space, or via webcam (most students prefer in‑person lessons).
• Travel to students in the Tempe, AZ area as needed.
• Develop and maintain your own curriculum and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with Taylor Robinson Music office regarding scheduling, student progress, and other administrative matters.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance for all lessons.
• Promote a positive learning environment and student retention.

• Experience teaching music to children or adults.
• Formal music training is not mandatory, but you must have either a degree in music, be enrolled in a music program, have professional performing experience, or have prior teaching experience.
• Organized, reliable, and able to set and honor your own schedule.
• Capable of working locally or traveling to students in the Tempe area.
• Willingness to follow COVID‑19 safety protocols: mask, hand sanitation, and social distancing when applicable.

Paid on an independent contractor basis between $20‑$30 per hour, dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate. You have the freedom to set your own schedule.

Students may opt for webcam lessons, but most prefer in‑person lessons at their home or your studio. You must wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and practice social distancing when required.
